What is a salumeria?

A salumeria is the Italian shop-and-table for cured meats, cheese and good things from small producers. At Modi you eat it the Italian way — a board, fresh focaccia, and a glass of wine from the south.

Can I come just for wine and antipasti?

Of course. The salumeria side of Modi is made exactly for that — a slow glass, a shared board, no hurry. Open Tuesday to Saturday, 17:00–22:00.
